		<description>Really nice post Randy.  Two things that I end up talking about quite a bit in my lectures &amp; talks are the difference between invention and innovation, and the time lags that we usually see between when someone first executes an idea and when that idea finally shows up in a viable product.  This is a good example of both things!</description>
