		<description>Postcript - we VERY successfully used Gregg&#039;s book in the UC Berkeley Haas School course &quot;Innovation, Creativity &amp; The Entrpreneur&quot; in Fall 2009.  Gregg was not only kind enough to joins us via Skype to discuss the creative problem solving process, but also assisted in judging group presentations - we divided the class into groups and each group used the creative problem solving process over a 3-week period to design solutions to real-world problems posed in class. One group tackled &quot;How can Twitter monetize&quot; as it&#039;s problem area and came up with some very innovative ideas....RH</description>
